 Dr. Mohsenian's training and background allowed him to be accepted to Wayne State University, the only approved Fellowship training program in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility (REI) in the state of Michigan. In 1980, he completed his subspecialty training and research projects there, which is one of the most prestigious programs in the country. He has had the opportunity to obtain advanced clinical, surgical, laboratory and research training by some of the most prominent and world-renowned authorities in male and female infertility and reproductive surgery. He has conducted basic and clinical research and has published articles in prestigious medical journals.
In 1984 he joined Dr. Farrah Fahimi in private practice. Dr. Fahimi is the only other Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist/Infertility Specialist in the mid-Michigan area. Together, they have created the most successful fertility center in mid-Michigan and have pioneered major state-of-the-art fertility programs in the area, including the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), laser surgery, and hysteroscopy programs.
Dr. Mohsenian has a keen interest in clinical practice and helping patients, and is committed to providing quality, compassionate, cost-effective and state-of-the-art care. His patients are treated as individuals, not statistics. He works with the infertile couple as a team, keeping them involved in the decision-making processes. He is sensitive to the wishes of the couple as well as their timing concerns.
Dr. Mohsenian has held accademic as well as clinical faculty appointments at Michigan State University since 1980. He regularly lectures for medical students, physicians, residents and professional nurses as well as to the public at large on Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), infertility, and reproductive endocrinology-related topics.

 Dr. Fahimi completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility at Wayne State University. Her special training includes male and female infertility, female hormones, as well as reproductive surgery. She is a clinical professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine and college of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Fahimi is Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility.
Dr. Fahimi has been in practice since 1982 and, in 1984, she joined in practice with Dr. Mo Mohsenian, the only other Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and infertility specialist in Mid-Michigan. Together, they have successfully helped over 3,000 infertile couples have a child.
Doctor Fahimi offers low and high-tech male and female infertility services including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer (GIFT), Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer (ZIFT), egg donation, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and advanced reproductive surgery including operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
